Club Nintendo Hanafuda cards. 

The deck is composed by 48 plastic cards with a printed paper, some of them Mario-themed, protected by a case. I received it some weeks ago and I can assure you that it’s one of the best rewards you can get from the Club and a valuable collector item for Big N fans.
